This is Maroon 5's newest single, which will be on their upcoming album V (pronounced five). The song's style is more pop-oriented, and different than the band's old stuff. I prefer M5's old style, but this song is really catchy and I can't get it out of my head. And all the radio stations are playing it; I hear it almost everyday!
Congratulations to Kelly Clarkson and her new baby girl, River Rose Blackstock! River Rose was born on June 12, 2014, and is Kelly's first child. So far, Kelly has only shared one picture of her new daughter, which can be seen below.

So cute! Best wishes for Kelly, Brandon, and River!
P.S. Adam's currently engaged married to Behati Prinsloo, so this post is obviously not intended to be serious. Maybe in an alternate universe, Adam and Sara could be together. :P
1. They are close friends.
Sara met Adam when she was in college at UCLA, and the two have been in touch ever since then. They tweet each other, help each other, joke around together... and are just great friends!
@adamlevine@blakeshelton I knew it. I'm sorry he has to find out this way. But I'm glad to bring a little clarity to the situation. Namaste
Oh hey @adamlevine. It feels like "take your friend to work" day. See you at the @NBCTheVoice tonight....I'm bringing cupcakes. (No I'm not)

2. They both started their musical careers around the same time.
Sara knew Adam back in the day when his band was called Kara's Flowers instead of Maroon 5. They even competed against each other in the annual student concert UCLA Spring Sing in 2000. (Sara beat them.)
@adamlevine thanks dude. I'm sure you guys can drown your Spring Sing sorrows in your 10 trillion fans. see you on tour, lovies! xo

Here is a list of what I think are the ten best songs by Sara Bareilles!
10. "City" - Little Voice
A sad song about feeling lost, unwanted, and alone. Even more of a tearjerker when you can actually relate to it.
9. "Love Song" - Little Voice
This is the song that rocketed Sara into fame. What I enjoy the most about this song is the ironic story behind the lyrics: Sara's record label was pressuring her to make hit "radio-friendly" love songs, but rejected most of her submissions. Out of frustration, Sara came up with this song that cleverly showed her label that she can totally make a hit song about anything - including not wanting to write a love song!
8. "Gonna Get Over You" - Kaleidoscope Heart
This song is probably the catchiest out of all of Sara's songs. It makes me want to dance whenever I'm feeling down. Plus, the music video for this song is hilarious!
